I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through HRCI, and I maintain professional memberships with HRCI and WorldatWork, organizations dedicated to advancing expertise in human resources and compensation practices.

Throughout my career, I have worked in compensation analysis, staffing and recruiting, and HR business partner roles across multiple organizations.
