My professional background is rooted in Human Resources and compensation strategy, where I’ve gained firsthand experience supporting hiring decisions, evaluating roles, and advising leadership on workforce planning. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through HRCI, and I maintain professional memberships with HRCI and WorldatWork, organizations dedicated to advancing expertise in human resources and compensation practices.
Throughout my career, I have worked in compensation analysis, staffing and recruiting, and HR business partner roles across multiple organizations. This experience has allowed me to work closely with leadership teams on job structures, compensation reviews, hiring strategies, and workforce planning. Because of this perspective, I understand how organizations evaluate candidates, determine salary offers, and identify leadership potential.
Today, I combine that professional experience with career coaching and consulting to help professionals strengthen interview performance, prepare for promotions, and communicate their value effectively.
